After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Shingade, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application. He states that as the Applicant is behind bar since 8th January 2023, the trial be expedited.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of 1 & 1⁄2 years. 4.

Liberty is granted to the Applicant to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 10 months in case, there is no substantial progress in the trial.
