1. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent nos.3 and 4 to decide a representation dated 21st July, 2018 under which the petitioner seeks benefits of Government Resolution dated 31st July, 2009 and 1st March 2014 Exhibit R & S to the petition. Mr. Thorat the learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4 states on instructions of the CEO of the Zilla Parishad and the Education Officer that the representations will be decided within a period of four weeks from today and will be communicated to the petitioner and the petitioner's Advocate.

2. Mr. Thorat on behalf of the petitioner states that apart from the representation, copy of which is at Exhibit P to the petition, the petitioner also intends to file compilation of documents. He states that 1/2

11.wp-10912.18....odt the compilation to be filed within one week from today. In view of the above, the following order is passed;

(i) The petitioner shall file compilation in support of representation at Exhibit 'P' on or before 2nd February, 2019. (ii) Within a period of four weeks of filing of the compilation, or 2 nd February 2019 whichever is earlier respondent nos.3 and 4 shall decide the said representation and pass the reasoned order within a further period of four weeks.

(iii) Copy of the order to be communicated to the Advocate and the Advocate for the petitioner.

(iv) It is the case of the petitioner that the representation would necessarily have to consider an order passed by this Court in Writ Petition no.7735 of 2018 on 3rd October, 2018 and that the said order will have a material bearing on the decision making process. Accordingly, the compilation shall include such copy of this order and the same will be taken into consideration by respondent nos.3 and 4.
