In the operative part of the order dated 27.09.2017, there is a typographical error pertaining to the mentioning of the CR number. It is erroneously typed as "I-286 of 2017" instead of "II-286 of 2017". The correct CR number is "II-286 of 2017". Order be corrected accordingly. Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, learned APP and perused the record of investigation.

After perusing the record of investigation, it appears that what is alleged against the Applicant is only an attempt to commit the offence alleged under the Maharashtra Animal Preservation (Amendment) Act, 1995 and before the said animals were further transferred to other accused persons, the police have conducted raid.
