Having gone through the record produced before us and the impugned order, we are of the considered view that the procedure adopted by the Respondents for inclusion of the Petitioner's name in Ward No.5 does not suffer from any infirmity warranting any interference in a Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India.
