This is application for withdrawal of compensation amount of Rs.16,05,750/- deposited by Respondent No.2. Learned Advocate for Appellant in First Appeal has opposed application contending that he has good case on merits and he happens to succeed in the case.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw Shiv
