The learned APP informs us that "C-Summary" report has been filed in the concerned Court. In view thereof, the relief sought by way of prayer clause (a) for quashing of the FIR in question has turned infructuous. In so far as the relief sought by way of prayer clause (b) is concerned, it would be open for the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings to claim the said relief.
