Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the missing person namely Nilesh Singh Rajawat been traced and found on 10th September, 2019.

In view of this fact, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ of Habeau Corpus with liberty to take appropriate remedy as may be available under law. The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
