After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions of the applicant's wife, who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Bail Application.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial of the applicant is expedited. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the Intervention Application being Criminal Interim Application No.97 of 2020 does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
