1] The learned APP makes a categorical statement on the instructions of Investigating Officer that CR being registered in the year 2018 and on completion of investigation charge sheet being filed against the co-accused, custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary.

2] The aforesaid statement is accepted.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.I-93/2018 registered with Nalasopara Police 1/2

(906)ABA-2786-2022.doc Station, the applicant Ganesh Thirumalai Katke, shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount. (c) The applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station on 18.10.2019 and 19.10.2019 between 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
