1. In view of Learned APP, on instructions from Investigating Officer; making a statement that the charges have been framed on 08.01.2015, the application is disposed of with direction to the Trial Court to commence and complete the trial as early as possible, as the Applicant is in custody since 23 June, 2014. In the event the trial being not completed by the end of June, 2015, liberty is granted to the Applicant to renew the prayer for Bail on all the permissible grounds.

2. Liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for Bail, in the event he himself is ready to deposit the substantial amount showing his bonafide.
