By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of the investigation of C.R. No. 136 of 2014 registered with the respondent No.3 i.e. Hinjewadi Police Station, Pune to an independent agency.

The petition was filed in the year 2014.

Today, learned APP has tendered a fax report received from the Sr.Police Inspector, Hinjewadi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad. Trupti 1/2

15-wp-4092-2014.odt From the said report, it appears that the Hinjewadi Police Station has investigated into the said C.R. i.e. C.R. No. 136 of 2014 and has filed a chargesheet before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 6, Pune.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw this petition. 5.
