The petition is challenging the order dated 13 August 2013 passed by the Minister of Co-operation in a Revision Application. The petition was filed in the year 2013. It remained pending on a stamp number and thereafter it was numbered in 2020. The learned counsel for the Respondents inform us that there has been several subsequent events. By the impugned order, the Revisional Authority has confirmed the order passed in the year 2011 and the Petitioner has sought a fresh enquiry. The argument of the Petitioner is based upon a fact situation which is of more than a

skn 2 38-WP-3409.2020.doc decade ago. By passage of time, the cause of action for the petition would not have survived. Even the learned counsel for the Petitioner has no instructions. Writ petition is disposed of. 2.

In case the same cause survives as on today, then it is open to the Petitioner to file an affidavit within four weeks demonstrating how it survives and thereupon the Court may consider restoring of the petition.
