The above Petition has been kept today only for fixing the time within which the Petitioners are to vacate the premises. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners Mr. Bhanage on instructions of the Petitioners states that the Petitioners would vacate the premises on or before 31-5-2016. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents Mr. Nasikwala is agreeable to the said date as the date for vacating the premises. The statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners is accordingly accepted. The Petitioners are therefore granted time up to 31-5-2016 to vacate the premises on the usual undertaking to be filed in this court within two weeks from date. If the undertaking is not filed in terms of this Order, the benefit of this order would not enure to the Petitioners and resultantly the Petition would be deemed to have been dismissed and then the Respondents would be free to execute the decree. All interim orders stand vacated. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
