Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that subsequently, an order of termination of the Retail Outlet Dealership of the petitioner has been passed by the first respondent. 2.
Hence, the remedy of the petitioner is to challenge the said order of termination. All contentions raised in this petition can be agitated by the petitioner including the challenge to the impugned action in the proceedings which may be filed by the petitioner for challenging the order of termination.
