Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants. Perused the averments made in the Application. In paragraph 5 the Application, an apology has been tendered by the Applicants. Hence, a case is made out for restoration. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of the prayer clauses (a) and (b). As a consequence of restoration of the main Application, the returnable date of notice issued under order dated 24 1/2

k 2/2 pro 10 cr appp 854.16 in apl 975.16 as.doc August 2016 passed therein is extended till 8 December 2016. If the Applicants fail to furnish a copy of the main Application for effecting service to the second Respondent within a period of three weeks from today, the restored Application shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.

Ad-interim granted on 24 August 2016 is also restored. The Application is disposed of on above terms.
