Mr. Sandeep Phatak, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the management of respondent No.3 be directed to submit a fresh proposal to respondent No.4 for seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner for the post of Shikshan Sevak in respondent No.3 school and direction be given to respondent No.4 to dispose of the said proposal as expeditiously.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that respondent No.3 has already been served but none appeared on behalf of them.

We accordingly direct respondent No.3 to submit the proposal for approval to the appointment of petitioner for the post of Shikshan Sevak in respondent No.3 school within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. A copy thereof be served on the petitioner. Respondent No.4 to consider the said proposal and to pass an appropriate order within six weeks thereafter and shall communicate the order to the petitioner as well as the management. If any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, the petitioner will be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.

No order as to costs.

The parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order. 7.

The interim relief granted by this Court on 25th January 2021, modified by order dated 18th August 2021 to continue till the date of order that would be passed by respondent No.3 and
