Mrs. Mhatre, learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Petitioner's application for furlough leave dated 7th May 2018, he was released on Covid-19 pandemic emergency parole leave on 7th December 2021 till 04th June 2022. That, thereafter the Petitioner has been released on furlough leave on 24th January 2023 for a period of 28 days. 2.

In view of the above, the grievance of Petitioner as of today does not survives.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
