On due consideration of the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we find that there was sufficient cause for non removal of office objections within time. In the circumstances, Civil Application stands allowed. Writ Petition (L) No. 597 of 2013 is restored to its original place. Office objections to be removed within two weeks from today.
