Time is sought on behalf of the applicant who is the writ petitioner.
The writ petition has been disposed of by order dated 19th April 2017 by upholding the contention that the petitioner has an alternate remedy.
Therefore, prayer clauses (a) and (b) seeking a direction to the City Civil Court to expeditiously dispose of a particular suit cannot be issued in a disposed of petition.
As far as prayer(c) is concerned, the same cannot be sought by way of a Civil Application.
