P.C.:- By the present Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Applicant has taken exception to the Order passed in OMA No. 662 of 2014 dated 2nd September, 2015 thereby, rejecting the Application for investigation under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 11 raised a preliminary objection that, the Applicant is having substantive alternate remedy at his command before the Sessions Court.

In view thereof, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on 1/2
