Though respondents nos.1 to 3 are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out.

This application is preferred by claimants for condonation of 73 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the award dated 18.4.2011 passed by MACT, Pune in MACP No.176 of 2008 for additional compensation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied Mohite 1/2

a) Delay of 73 days in filing First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
