Having gone through the petition and the annexures, we find that the Petitioners have filed a revision before the State Government against the revocation of the permission which was initially granted by Gram Panchayat, Village Shiraswadi, Talika Haveli, Dist. Pune. In the circumstances, we dispose of the present petition by directing the revisional authority to consider and decide the Petitioners' revision, if the same is still pending, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Needless to say that we have not examined the matter on merits and revisional authority shall consider and decide the matter in accordance
