Heard learned counsel for the Parties. In all these applications, the learned counsel appears for the concerned respondents. Perused the applications. Sufficient cause is made out as to why applicants could not take appropriate steps. Accordingly, the order dated 15.7.2014 passed by the Registrar (Judl) is set aside and the applications stand restored as against the above mentioned concerned respondents. Delay in filing the applications is condoned. The learned counsel for the

concerned respondents stated above undertakes to file vakalatnama within a period of two weeks from today. (N.M. Jamdar, J.)
