This is an application for modification/clarification of order dated 30.08.2022. The said order indicates that, earlier order dated 01.07.2022 passed by this Court in interim application No.2014 of 2022 was modified. The order granting bail on furnishing P.R.bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more solvent local sureties in the like amount was modified and the applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. It is submitted that the concerned department is insisting by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

502-ia-3390-2022-ia-2431-2022.doc for providing solvency in lieu of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- or clarification from this Court that the applicant is not required to furnish solvency certificate. The applicant will be providing surety from outside State of Maharashtra. The surety will be the close relative of applicant. The applicant would provide valuation certificate of the immovable property. Solvency Certificate may be dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the respondent - CBI submitted that in every matter, where the P.R. bond is more than Rs.15,000/- it is necessary to provide solvency certificate.

Vide order dated 30.08.2022, this Court had dispensed with providing solvent local sureties, the registry shall not insist upon providing such solvency certificate. However, the registry of concerned Court shall ascertain that the immovable property having appropriate value shall be provided as security. 5.

The facility of cash bail granted by this Court is extended for a period of three weeks from 18.10.2022.

Interim Application No.3390 of 2022 stands disposed off accordingly.
