The appellants are the original defendant Nos. 7A-D and 8. The original plaintiff/present respondent No. 1 filed a suit for specific performance of the agreement dtd.25/10/2007 against the defendants.

By the impugned order dtd.08/04/2010 the defendants are restrained by an order of temporary injunction from obstruction and interference into the possession of the plaintiff in respect of the suit property until final disposal of the suit. This order has been in operation since 08/04/2010. 1/2

The suit is of the year 2008. The trial court is directed to decide the Special Civil Suit No.993 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today, if the same is not already decided.
