Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.437 of 2019 registered with N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 465, 468, 471, 477(A) r/w 34 of IPC.

Applicant is impleaded as accused as it is claimed that he has misappropriated amount of the co-operative bank in the capacity of its director for a period from 2009-15. 3.

I have perused the audit report and other material on record.

Applicant assures that an amount of Rs.1,000/- shall be deposited with the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today. Report of the special auditor speaks of BGP.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.437 of 2019 registered with N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 465, 468, 471, 477(A) r/w 34 of IPC, applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 7.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses the in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
