DATE: DECEMBER 23, 2021 P.C.:- 1] Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.437 of 2019 registered with N.M. Joshi Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 465, 468, 471, 477(A) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Applicant is impleaded as accused as it is claimed that he has misappropriated amount of the cooperative bank in the capacity of its Director for a period from 2009-15.

3] I have perused the audit report and other material on record. 4] Applicant assures that an amount of Rs 2000/- shall be deposited with the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today. Report of he special auditor speaks of defalcation of an amount of 1/2

5] In my opinion, case for interim protection is made out. 6] In the event of arrest in Crime No.437 of 2019 registered with N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 465, 468, 471, 477(A) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing P.R. bond of Rs 10,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

7] Applicant shall neither directly or indirectly influence the prosecution witnesses nor tamper with the evidence. 8] As such, Application stands disposed of.
