Mr. Ayaz Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, though by an Order dated 15th September 2023 this Court had permitted the Applicant to travel abroad for the period mentioned in Clause (i) of Paragraph No.7, as he could not get VISA of Australia, he did not travel. He submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 15th September 2023, the Applicant has deposited the passports of his parents with the Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court. 1/ 2

As the Applicant did not travel abroad, we direct the Registrar (Judicial-I) to return the passports of Applicant's parents to the Applicant within a period of three working days from the date of production of authenticated copy of present Order. 3.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. 4.

All the concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this Order.
