By this application learned counsel for the applicant has sought relaxation of clause (iv) of order dated 28th June, 2018 in Bail Application No.1405 of 2018.

Heard Mr.Shekhar A. Ingawale, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr.S.R.Agarkar, learned APP for the State and Mr.Tejas Hilage, learned counsel for the intervenor.

By the said order, the applicant was granted bail and one of
Priya Soparkar 60 appp 1122-18 in ba 1405-18-cr the conditions was that the applicant shall not reside within the jurisdiction of Vadgaon Police Station till filing of the chargesheet. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is the Chairman and Director of several societies and he has to attend Annual General Meetings on 19th , 27th and 29th September and 4th October, 2018.

In the light of above, the condition at clause (iv) of order dated 28th June, 2018 is relaxed. The applicant is permitted to enter the jurisdiction of Vadgaon Police Station, Kolhapur on 19th September, 27th September, 29th September and 4th October, 2018 for attending the Annual General Meetings of various Sansthas, where he is either Chairman or Director. The applicant shall leave the jurisdiction of Vadgaon Police Station after attending the meetings after respective dates. Application is disposed of in above terms.
