Mr. Siddiqui, on instructions, makes a statement that he does not press the prayer for bail made in the Petition, if hearing of Criminal Appeal Nos.18 of 2012 and 302 of 2012 is expedited. 3.
The Hon'ble Supreme Court, vide its order dated 6th November 2012, passed in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) No.6209 of 2012, has directed this Court to expedite hearing of Criminal Appeal Nos.18 of 2012 and 302 of 2012. 4.
In that view of the matter, we direct the Registry to place Criminal Appeal Nos.18 of 2012 and 302 of 2012 for final hearing in the week commencing from 20th February 2017. 5.
