This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in C.R. No.I-323/2015 registered with Nerul Police Station Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicants in ABA No.1263/2016 are hereby directed to implead the original complainant Mr. Dhiren Bhandari as respondent No.2.. The said amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and a copy of the amended application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within three weeks from today.
