This is an application for condonation of delay of 17 days in preferring an application for leave to appeal. Heard the learned Advocate appeared for both the sides.

Perused the averments made in the application which are on affidavit. The delay of 17 days is caused because wife of the applicant was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital on 14/08/2015. The reason so stated constitute sufficient cause. Hence, the order.
