(901) APPLN-543-17.doc On 02/05/2019, the learned Advocate for the Applicants once again sought time and the matter came to be adjourned to 13/06/2019. The matter thereafter appeared on board on 20/11/2019. On 20/11/2019 since none remained present for the Applicants, this Court, in order to give one more chance to the Applicants, directed that the matter be listed on board on 21/11/2019 i.e. today for dismissal. 2] Today also, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the Applicants. In spite of indulgence shown on number of occasions, neither the Applicants nor their Advocate have remained present. 3] In view of above, it appears that Applicants are not interested in prosecuting the Application. As such, Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
