The petitioner in this Review Petition is the respondent to Writ Petition No.8434 of 2014. He seeks review of the order dtd. 19th September, 2014, by which the petition was admitted and interim order in terms of prayer clause (b) was granted. Mr. Devdas, the learned advocate for the Review Petitioner submits that certain aspects of the matter were not considered by the court while passing the order of admission of the petition.
