The Petitioner is specifically challenging the order made under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Securities Interests Act, 2002, passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. The Petitioner is also seeking injunction against the Respondent. In such circumstances, the Petitioner will have to file civil writ petition. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner faced with this position seeks leave to convert this writ petition into a civil writ petition on Original Side of this Court. Leave granted. Necessary compliance be made by the Petitioner within two weeks.
