This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No.I-764/2016 dated 27.12.2016 registered with Wakad Police Station, District Pune.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

The applicant in B.A. No.1501/2017 is hereby directed to implead the first informant Smt. Nita Bhise as respondent No.2.The said amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the respondent No.2 within the said stipulated period.
