ORDER:- The Original Application is pending. After hearing the parties, on 8 October 2015, the learned Chairman, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, has passed the impugned order and not granted any interim reliefs as prayed, and fixed the matter on 24 November 2015. In view of this, considering the circumstances and the mass common transfer order 31 August 2015, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, at this interim stage. However, the liberty is granted to the Petitioner to apply for appropriate order.
