By filing this Civil Application, the petitioner is seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.10019 of 2015 which suffered dismissal for want of prosecution on 27.9.2016. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the petitioner when the matter was called out. Civil Application is allowed.
