1. By the said application, the petitioner seeks an extension of temporary bail which was granted vide order dated 5 th July, 2022 for a further period of 45 days.

of the matter, was not available.

3. By an order dated 19 th October, 2022 this Court directed the concerned specialist to examine the applicant and submit a report through the APP by 3 rd November, 2022 and had granted temporary bail upto 4 th November, 2022. The learned APP states that the report is awaited.

4. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the temporary bail granted earlier is extended upto 21 st November, 2022.

5. Interim Application stands disposed off in terms of the aforesaid order.
