The civil application seeks various reliefs pending hearing of the writ petition. The writ petition is of the year 2012 and has been admitted long back. It would be in the interest of justice to take up the petition itself for hearing rather than considering interim reliefs at this stage. Accordingly, the writ petition is expedited.
