Counsel for the applicant on instructions undertakes that applicant shall not be carrying any defamatory twit and other material till the conclusion of trial.

In view of undertaking given to this Court, the fact that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required in the given set of allegation. Case for protection is made out. 3.

In the event of arrest, applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No.413 of 2021 registered with Kalva, Thane City Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 505(2), 500, 501 of IPC on executing P. R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 20th December, 2021 to 23rd December, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

Bound by the aforesaid undertaking, if applicant is involved in similar type of offences, liberty to move for cancellation of bail.

7.

As such, application stands disposed of.
