The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants seeks leave to correct the cause title of the above Civil Application so as to incorporate the original Respondent Nos.15 and 16, who are already arrayed in the cause title of the above Writ Petition. Leave granted. The original Respondent Nos.15 and 16 are allowed to be arrayed in the cause tittle of the above Civil Application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of lgc

caw-2752.13 the Respondent No.14 on record, who are Respondent Nos. 14A to 14C and for condonation of delay of more than 3 years in filing the Civil Application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application. The learned counsel appearing for the heirs of the Respondent No.14A to 14C opposes the Civil Application but ultimately leaves it to the Court.

The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly delay in filing the Civil Application is condoned and the heirs of the Respondent No.14 are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
