The Applicant had earlier approached this court vide Criminal Bail Application No. 756 of 2021. On 23/04/2021 following order was passed:

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. 2.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such."

Learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any change in circumstance on merits of the matter. However, she submitted that the trial has not yet commenced. She submitted that, trial be expedited. She further submitted that, since there is no change in circumstance, she is not pressing this application and prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application, as well, only with a prayer that trial be expedited.

I have considered these submissions. The earlier order clearly mentions that, after arguments the application was withdrawn and there is no change in circumstance on merits of the matter. Therefore, as prayed for by learned counsel for the applicant, even this application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, it can be seen that the applicant is a young man and is described as 21 years of age in the year 2021. Considering this aspect, trial is expedited.
