Affidavit-in-Reply filed by the respondent no.5 dated 2.8.2017 is taken on record.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner challenges the orders dated 1.6.2015 and 21.8.2015 passed by respondent nos.1 and 2 directing petitioner to vacate and hand over peaceful possession of suit room to the respondents.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.5 submits that the suit structure was demolished on Mohite 1/2

907 wp2379-16 13.10.2015 by the competent authority. As on today, there is no structure at all. These facts are admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Hence, following order is passed:

a) Writ Petition stands dismissed in view of subsequent development that the suit structure has been demolished on 13.10.2015.
