Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners pointed out that Special Leave Petition filed before the Apex Court against the judgment and order dated 18th September, 2014 has been disposed of on the statement of the Petitioner that the application for grant of permission for increasing the intake capacity made by the Petitioner should be considered for the academic year 2015-16.
