Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, we find that the order impugned in the petition is revisable under section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition in exercise of jurisdiction conferred upon this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
