Counsel for petitioners and counsel for respondent No.1 jointly state that the dispute between parties is resolved and hence, FIR No. 112 of 2018 under Section 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code should be quashed. Demand draft for the sum of Rs. 2,15,000/- is handed over to respondent No. 1 by counsel for petitioners in Court. The complainant is present and has tendered an affidavit accepting the statement. He has no objection if FIR is quashed and set-aside. SQ Pathan 1/2

In this situation, accepting the joint request, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
