By this application, the applicant seeks modification/relaxation of the condition No. (iii) of para 6 imposed in the order dated 28th July, 2014 passed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Mridula Bhatkar, J.) in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 941 of 2014. The same reads thus: "(iii) The applicant/accused shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 6 p.m. to 7 p.m till the filing of the charge sheet and shall cooperate the Investigating Officer."

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been attending the Police Station on every Monday for the last more than one year. He states that till date, charge-sheet has not been filed in the said SQ Pathan 1/2

appp.867.15.doc case. The applicant is now transferred to Mhasala, District Raigad. He states that considering the same, it is difficult for him to attend on every Monday.

It appears that the direction was given to attend on every Monday till the filing of the charge-sheet. It has been more than a year and charge-sheet is not filed till date. Accordingly, the condition is modified/relaxed. The applicant shall now attend the concerned Police Station as and when called. The applicant shall inform his latest place of residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station.

Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 28th July, 2014 to remain as it is.

The application is accordingly allowed in the above terms. 6.
