Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits, on instructions of the Petitioner, that, as the services of the Petitioner are already terminated, he would like to withdraw this Writ Petition, keeping all the contentions between the parties open and he also requests to expedite the hearing of the complaint pending before the Labour Court. 3.

Writ Petition, accordingly, stands disposed off as withdrawn. 4.

It is clarified that, all the contentions raised between the parties are expressly left open. The Labour Court to decide the complaint as expeditiously as possible.
