The application is moved for bail. The applicant/accused is facing prosecution under sections 364, 302, 201 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No.83 of 2015 with Narayangaon Police Station, Pune.

The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that the charge is framed, however, the matter is yet to proceed. 3.

Learned Prosecutor, on instructions from the Mr.H.N. Bhangale, PSI, Narayangaon Police Station, who is present in

ba.2072.2016_15 Court, confirms that the charge is framed in this case on 3.6.2016 and the next date fixed by the trial Court is 2.2.2017 for recording of evidence. In the meanwhile, summonses are issued to the witness. However, the trial could not proceed with the case as time was sought by the defence counsel.

In view of these submissions, I dispose of this Bail Application with a request to the learned Sessions Judge to proceed with the matter and endeavour to complete the matter on or before 31.7.2017.
